(1) 1 mixing tank
a、Premixing cylinder, made of 304 stainless steel.
b、Three-layer design: the inner insulation layer can be controlled via cold or hot water circulation; the outer insulation layer uses special materials to maintain the desired temperature and provide insulation.
c、The bottom of the cylinder is designed to prevent sagging when sugar powder is stirred, helping protect the rotor pump.
d、A variable-frequency motor drives the rotating stirring ball.
e、The latest premix reflux system shortens mixing time and helps prevent flour from forming gluten.
f、The PLC system controls the stirring program and saves parameters automatically.
(2) 1 rotor pump
a、Sino-German fixed-speed rotor pump with a 304 stainless steel housing. The stainless steel support can be adjusted easily.
b、Stainless steel piping is specially designed as a single-layer arrangement.
c、The valves have a butterfly design, and the joint connectors are easy to clean.
(3) 1 storage tank
a、Storage cylinder made of 304 stainless steel.
b、Three-layer design: the inner insulation layer can be controlled by cold-water or hot-water circulation. The outer insulation layer is made of special material to ensure temperature stability, with cooling and heat-insulation functions.
c、The storage tank bottom uses a 60-degree conical design to improve slurry fluidity.
d、Double filter design for connecting to the mixing head, providing two layers of protection to ensure normal equipment operation. Butterfly valve and drain design enable easy cleaning.
e、The stainless steel support allows simple height adjustment.
(4) 1 screw pump
a、A German imported screw pump with a variable-frequency stainless steel support that can be adjusted freely.
b、Driven by a frequency converter; relevant parameters are displayed on the control panel.

a、Mixing hook made of 304 stainless steel. The rotor and stator are designed as a worm-gear (wolf-tooth) rod structure with an effective volume of 6 L.
