The standard warranty is 12 months from the date of commissioning / delivery, excluding consumable parts and damage caused by improper operation.

Yes. We support non-standard customization according to your working conditions, capacity, size and technical requirements.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For standard models, MOQ is 1 set. Customized equipment is also available for single unit order.

We have CE, ISO 9001. We can apply for other required certificates upon request.

Export plywood wooden case, suitable for sea transport.
Which shipping terms can you accept?
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP.
Will you send engineers for on-site installation and commissioning?
Yes. We can arrange overseas technicians for installation, commissioning and operator training. The buyer shall bear related travel & accommodation cost.
Can you provide operation manual in English?
Yes. We supply English operation manual, circuit diagram and maintenance instruction together with the machine.
How to solve machine faults after delivery?
First, online video guidance for troubleshooting. If needed, spare parts will be shipped quickly; for serious problems, engineers can be arranged on site.
Can I buy spare parts from you after warranty expires?
Sure. We supply spare parts at factory cost permanently.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight. 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
